1. We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery for most items (see exception below for special order items).
2. Contact us to initiate the return process.
3. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) before being returned.
4. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless an error was made on our part.
5. Special Order Items / Products Made to Order (e.g., Aqua Mix Grout Colorants) are non-returnable or refundable.




1. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used.
2. The refund amount will equal the cost of the item.
3. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless there were fulfillment issues.
4. Refunds for returned packages due to refusals or insufficient addresses will have return shipping costs deducted.
5. Refund exemptions: 0% refund for product damage due to the buyer, 50% refund for damaged packaging due to the buyer.


Damages, DOA, and Missing Items:


1. File claims with the shipping company upon receipt of any physical damage to the exterior of the package.
2. Report damaged or missing items not physically apparent upon delivery to us within 48 hours.
3. LTL and/or Freight shipments with visible damage upon arrival should be refused and reported to us within 48 hours.
4. Report power tools and saws that are DOA (Dead on Arrival) within 48 hours.
5. Pictures of damaged items may be requested.
