Description
Overview
The Diatex GREScut Silent Core bridge-saw blade is designed for porcelain slabs. Its sandwich-style diamond segments help maintain a square cutting edge, while the steel core supports stable straight and miter cutting.
Features
- Porcelain-focused diamond matrix.
- Silent-core design and laser-cut reliefs help manage vibration and blade stress.
- Sandwich segments resist edge rounding and blade drift.

Applications
Use for wet fabrication of porcelain slabs and tiles, including straight cuts and 45° miters. Match the settings to both blade diameter and slab thickness; a single broad RPM range is not appropriate for both sizes.
Selection and Use
- Use the diameter-specific RPM and thickness-specific feed guidance in the Specifications tab.
- The data sheet recommends reducing feed speed by 40ā50% while entering and exiting the cut.
- Provide water at the blade/material contact area and support the slab according to the saw and material instructions.
- The published feed values are setup guidance, not a guarantee of a chip-free edge on every slab.
