Applications
Use on suitable marble and other stone, unglazed tile, porcelain, clay pavers, Saltillo, brick, masonry and cement grout. It is useful in food-preparation areas, floors and other high-traffic locations where stain protection is wanted; it is not a substitute for the installation’s waterproofing layer.
Selection and Use
- Apply only to clean, dry surfaces free of old waxes, sealers and finishes. Test the sealer and surface appearance before treating the full area.
- For use as a grout release, follow the pre-grouting directions and cleanup sequence in the linked technical sheet.
- Use a neutral cleaner; avoid ammonia, acids and bleach. Periodically test absorption with water drops and reseal when the surface takes up water.
- The manufacturer states up to 20 years of wear under normal conditions, but surface hardness, use, cleaning, weather and sun exposure affect that estimate. It is not a fixed maintenance interval.
