ChemLink M-1 Universal Adhesive & Sealant
A moisture-cure, multi-purpose structural adhesive and sealant designed to bond and seal various construction materials. M-1 forms a robust, elastic, and waterproof seal on a wide array of surfaces, such as roofing materials, masonry, wood, glass, aluminum, and foam. Its exceptional bonding capabilities make it an excellent choice for metal flashing, copings, skylights, and HVAC surfaces, offering a reliable construction adhesive sealant for multiple applications.
Features:
- Solvent free, 100% solids will not shrink
- Non-slump, applies vertically and overhead
- 20 minute skin over
- No outgassing on damp surfaces
- Good color stability, will not suntan
- Paintable within 24 hours (see limitations)
- Gun grade, no special tools or mixing required
- Application at temperatures as low as 32°F (0°C)
