The Colton Plastic Cement 94 lb. Plastic Cement is made of Portland cement and plasticizing agents and is used to make stucco and mortars. It features a high degree of workability and plasticity as well as excellent pump-ability characteristics. Mix with sand and water to create high quality stucco or mortar.
