Overview
Bonstone TravFill is a lime-based, latex-modified filler for pits and voids in travertine and other suitable porous stone. Its two components can be mixed for a slurry or knife-grade application, helping produce a honed, stone-like repair.

Applications
For filling travertine pits, smooth surface repairs to marble, and restoration of suitable limestone and sandstone. It also suits slab-fabrication filling and slight overfill work that will be finished by floor-machining equipment.
Selection and Use
- Prepare a surface free of oil, grease and coatings. The manufacturer calls for light misting rather than application to completely dry stone.
- Mix Part B well before combining the components. Adjust the powder/liquid proportion to the directed working consistency and test a small area first.
- For floor finishing, the sheet specifies approximately 1/32–1/64 in. of overfill. Clean uncured material from tools with hot, soapy water; cured material requires mechanical removal.
