Overview
The Bison PS1 Rigid Shim provides a 1/8 in. fine height adjustment for a compatible pedestal installation. Its rigid construction helps bring individual pavers or deck tiles into alignment where small thickness variations remain after setting the pedestals.

Applications
Use for local height correction in Bison-supported paver and deck-tile work. It is a shim, not a pedestal extender, spacer-tab set or a complete drainage solution.
Selection and Use
- Choose PS1 for the required rigid adjustment and verify the finished support contact. Use the base-leveling procedure for broader slope correction.
- Follow Bison’s whole-shim or segment-placement instructions. Segments must be secured as directed; adhesive must not contact the roofing membrane.
- Stay within the two-shim limit. Correct deck drainage and structural support must be established by the deck design, not by the shim alone.
