Ideal for use with cement-based sanded and unsanded grouts installed between natural stone, unglazed bisque, porcelain tile, clay pavers, concrete, and brick, this professional-grade sealer repels food, dirt, and grease while allowing moisture vapor transmission.

Usage Instructions (Summary):
- Ensure surfaces are dry, clean, and free of wax, sealers, or finishes. New installations should dry 48 hours before sealing.
- Apply with a sprayer, soft-bristle brush, or sponge applicator.
- Wipe the surface completely dry within 5 minutes of each application using absorbent paper, cotton, or microfiber towels.
- After 2 hours, test for complete sealing by applying water droplets. If water is absorbed, apply another coat and retest.
- Reapply as needed on clean grout joints.
Limitations:
- Avoid letting the sealer dry on tile, as residue may form; use Aqua Mix NanoScrub to remove.
- Do not contact non-recommended surfaces.
- Will not prevent wear or etching caused by acids or caustic chemicals.
Coverage:
- Approximately 400 to 1,200 sq. ft. (37 m2 to 112 m2) per coat per gallon (3.8 L), depending on size and porosity of grout joint, temperature, humidity, and method of application.
