Alpha 5-inch Twincur EB wheels are resin abrasives for polishing full-bullnose edges on engineered stone and quartz with automated edge-polishing machinery. Snail-lock mounting supports quick changes through the polishing sequence.

Applications
Use the 5-inch EB wheel on an appropriate automated edge-polishing setup. Select the grit and bond designation required by the process; these are individual wheel options, not a complete machine-tooling set.
Selection and Use
- Match diameter, snail-lock mounting and the model-specific maximum speed before use.
- The 5-inch listing includes standard resin wheels plus separate 1000 LC and 2000 LC choices. LC denotes a different bond selection, not simply a duplicate grit.
- For a straight edge, confirm the micro-oscillating function is available and enabled; do not transfer the bullnose application to an unsupported machine setting.
