Overview
Alpha 4-inch Twincur ES wheels are resin-bond abrasives for polishing square, straight and beveled edges on engineered stone and quartz. They are designed for automated edge-polishing machinery rather than as a hand-held Ceramica pad.

Applications
Select Twincur ES for engineered-stone straight-edge and bevel work. The existing compatibility information lists machines from Cavani, Comandulli, Denver, Mantello, Montresor, Park Industries, Thibaut, Z. Bavelloni, Loffler and Marmo Meccanica; confirm the actual machine’s tooling arrangement.
Selection and Use
- Match the 4-inch snail-lock wheel and 3,400 RPM maximum to the machine and station.
- Order the required grit or replacement wheel; the selectable grits are not described as a complete supplied set.
- Use the ES edge profile application to distinguish these wheels from Twincur EB bullnose tooling.
