Overview

The Alpha Tile Bullnose Kit combines a VSP-320 wet polisher, a 3/8-inch Profiler B wheel and a five-grit Ceramica EX pad sequence for shaping and polishing tile or stone edges on site. It is intended for making a roundover on the top corner without sending the piece out for factory edging.

Applications

Use kit 5480-1400 for a 3/8-inch demi-bullnose edge on tile or stone, then polish the shaped area through the supplied 200–3000 EX sequence. Its Profiler B wheel is a top-edge roundover tool, not a full-bullnose wheel.

Selection and Use

• Confirm that a 3/8-inch roundover is the profile your project needs; this kit lists PFB101 rather than all B-Series sizes.
• Use the wet polisher and consult the linked VSP-320 manual for setup and operation.
• The EX pads require water and sequential polishing. Where saw or grinding marks remain, Alpha recommends a preparatory 60-grit Vitrified or Metal disc before EX; that disc is not listed among this kit’s contents.
