Overview
Alpha Profiler B-Series wheels create a demi-bullnose, or roundover, on the top edge of tile and stone slabs. The vacuum-brazed diamond wheel uses a nylon guide and rotary touchier to control the cut, helping produce a consistent edge before polishing.

Applications
Use the B-Series for rounded tile edges, slab edges, hardscape work and porcelain pavers. Listed materials include granite, engineered stone, marble, concrete, crystallized glass and porcelain slabs.
Selection and Use
- Choose the required roundover size before ordering; the four profile options create different edge treatments.
- The listing identifies Alpha AIR-680, AWP-158 and VSP-320 center-water-feed polishers. Check the mounting and water-feed configuration of your equipment.
- After profiling, the existing Alpha workflow uses Ceramica EX pads to polish the shaped edge.
