Overview
Alpha Contour for Porcelain is a diamond blade for hand-guided curved cuts in porcelain, crystallized glass and sintered slabs. Its wider kerf and direct-sintered segments on a steel core are designed for curved cutouts in these dense, fracture-sensitive materials.

Applications
Use the selected Contour blade for suitable curved openings, including sink cutouts. Blade size determines cutting depth: the 4-inch model is listed for 3/4 inch, while the 5-inch version reaches 1-1/4 inches.
Selection and Use
- For 3 cm material, check the depth of the selected blade; the general 3 cm sink-cutout description must not be applied to the shallower 4-inch version.
- Match the 7/8-inch arbor and model-specific maximum RPM to the stone cutter.
- Use the appropriate wet or dry cutter setup. The blade reduces the challenges of curved cutting but does not guarantee against chipping or fractures.
