Overview
Alpha AIR-830 is a center-water-feed pneumatic polisher with a 4,000 RPM no-load speed. Its splash guard improves visibility while containing spray, and a cushioned gear-head cover and redesigned controls support comfortable handling during wet stone polishing.

Applications
Use the AIR-830 for water-fed edge polishing and suitable grinding, shaping, beveling or contour work on natural and manufactured stone. Match the abrasive and setup to the intended operation.
Selection and Use
- Provide the specified compressed-air volume and pressure as well as water feed.
- The AIR-830 is the 4,000 RPM, 5/8-inch-11 model. The higher-speed AIR-850 and metric AIR-834/854 are different models.
- Follow the linked manual’s setup, maintenance and lubrication procedures; a pneumatic tool still requires routine care.
