Selection and Use
- Provide an industrial air supply capable of the listed pressure and airflow. The maximum specification is 48 CFM at 2 HP; size the system for the actual load.
- The supplied Eclipse II is recommended for granite/engineered stone. Alpha identifies Katana 6-inch for porcelain, Hot-Rod 4-inch for rodding channels, and Libero 5-inch for marble.
- Follow the tool’s lubrication and muffler-care instructions. Pneumatic operation is not maintenance-free.
- For dry cutting, Alpha calls for sufficient dust collection; wet cutting is recommended to reduce dust.
