Overview
Alpha 4-inch Ceramica EX pads are flexible wet-polishing discs for engineered stone and natural stone. Their diamond-and-bond formulation produces a high-gloss finish, while the flexible disc conforms to inside corners and tight radii.

Applications
Use these pads for hand-polishing shaped edges and curved stonework, not for creating a textured or leathered finish. Choose an individual grit to replace a worn pad, or the 200–3000 kit for the listed polishing progression.
Selection and Use
- Remove saw and grinding marks before starting the EX sequence; Alpha recommends a 60-grit Ceramica Vitrified or Metal disc for that preparation.
- Remove the previous grit’s scratches before progressing. Do not skip grits.
- For granite, Alpha recommends Ceramica Buff after 3000 grit. Do not use that final buff on engineered stone because it can burn the edge.
- Use a center-water-feed polisher, not an ordinary high-speed grinder or a floor machine.
