Overview
Touchstone T-2000 is an epoxy setting adhesive that forms a thick bed for positioning tile, stone or countertops on uneven bonding surfaces. Its extended setting period allows more adjustment than a fast repair epoxy.

Applications
For setting stone and tile on suitable wood, backerboard, metal, concrete and plastic surfaces. Listed uses include boat decks, elevator walls, steel-cased stairs, outdoor fireplaces, countertops and bonding stone to stainless steel or aluminum.
Selection and Use
- Choose it where a thicker setting bed and adjustment time are needed, rather than a thin flowing seam adhesive.
- Confirm substrate preparation and suitability for the specific plastic, metal or other difficult bonding surface.
- For chemical-exposure areas, verify the actual service conditions before selecting the adhesive; “chemical resistant” does not mean resistant to every chemical.
