Applications
Use only on tested, acid-resistant materials for removal of hard-water deposits, efflorescence, rust or light grout haze. Do not use on marble, limestone, travertine or other acid-sensitive stone. Protect metals and other adjacent materials that can be etched or corroded.
Selection and Use
- Read all label precautions, provide ventilation and use the prescribed personal protection. Test the material and dilution before broad application; some surfaces may darken or change appearance.
- Dilute for the task rather than applying concentrated cleaner indiscriminately. Follow the label’s application, agitation and dwell instructions.
- Remove the solution and rinse thoroughly with clean water, including any nearby surface accidentally contacted. Do not allow the cleaner to dry in place.
- Check whether sealing needs renewal after cleaning. Acidic cleaning is not a guarantee that an existing sealer remains unaffected.
