Overview
Sika Thoroseal Acryl 60 is an acrylic-polymer emulsion used to modify cement-based mixes. Formerly MasterEmaco A 660, it improves adhesion and cohesion in suitable mortars, plaster, stucco and concrete, including the specified mixing liquid for Thoroseal 581.

Applications
Use as directed in suitable cementitious repair, coating and bonding mixtures on horizontal, vertical or overhead surfaces, indoors or outdoors and above or below grade. Select it when the mortar or Thoroseal coating instructions call for Acryl 60 modification.
Selection and Use
- Match the dilution and amount to the specific cementitious system; there is no single universal mixing ratio for every application.
- For Thoroseal 581, follow that coating’s required Acryl 60 and water mixing instructions.
- This is a mix additive, not a standalone decorative paint or a substitute for the complete coating or repair material. Prepare a test area and follow the specified substrate preparation and curing process.
