Rubi SLAB Trolley 18934

Overview

The RUBI SLAB Trolley 18934 supports and moves large-format ceramic sheets as part of the RUBI SLAB SYSTEM. Its EASY FIX attachment connects to a compatible handling frame, and an extending arm assists transfer to the work table. The inclined position also supports access to the back of the slab for double-gluing work.

Applications

Use with RUBI SLAB TRANS HEAVY DUTY or SLIM EASY TRANS handling equipment for moving large ceramic sheets and positioning them for transfer or back-buttering. This trolley is not a substitute for the compatible handling frame.

Selection and Use

• SLIM EASY TRANS use requires crossbar set 18819. Confirm that accessory is part of your handling setup.
• Check both the slab’s weight and dimensions against the trolley and handling-frame limits.
• Plan the route with the arm folded and check actual clearances; do not assume every doorway will accept a loaded assembly.
• The trolley ships disassembled and requires complete initial assembly. Follow the linked manual for attachment, brakes and loading procedures.
