Overview
The Makita 5477NB is a 7-1/4-inch corded hypoid saw for framing and general wood construction. Its 15-amp motor drives heat-treated hypoid gears in a sealed, oil-bath gear housing, with bevel adjustment up to 51.5 degrees.

Applications
Framing and Wood Construction

Match blade type to the material. Maximum depth decreases as bevel angle increases; use the angle-specific capacities above when planning the cut.
