Masonry & Concrete Lacquer - Glaze 'N Seal

Glaze ’N Seal Masonry & Concrete Lacquer is a crystal clear, high solids acrylic coating designed to protect and beautify concrete, masonry and tile surfaces. This super-tough film was formulated for interior or exterior use. Walk on it – drive on it (it does reject organic stains). It offers ultimate protection in a clear finish.

Uses:

Protects garage floors and driveways from oil stains. Eliminates concrete dusting and freeze-thaw problems. Protects patio and barbecue areas from food and grease stains. Saturation with Masonry & Concrete Lacquer will actually harden old and deteriorating mortar and plaster for added life. Independent laboratory tests rate Glaze ’N Seal superior for abrasion resistance, sunlight resistance and stain resistance qualities.

Features:

  • Non-Yellowing
  • Use Indoors or Outdoors
  • Fast Drying and Long Lasting
  • Apply With Brush or Sprayer
  • Prevents Staining High Solids
  • Strong Resistance to Efflorescence

Preparation:

All surfaces must be free of efflorescence, dirt, oil, wax,
grease and defective paint or sealers. If acid is used, all
residue must be removed prior to application. Use Glaze
’N Seal Neutralizing Rinse to neutralize surface. Allow to
dry thoroughly before applying LACQUER.

Application:

Apply from 2-4 light, even coats (depending on porosity of surface) of “Wet Look” Lacquer with a natural brush or low pressure/airless sprayer (with metal or teflon tip). Allow 1 to 3 hours between coats or until surface is dry to the touch. Not recommended for dense or presealed surfaces such as glazed ceramic or quarry tile, marble or terrazzo.

Coverage:

100 to 400 square feet per gallon depending on the porosity
of the surface.

Maintenance:

To protect the sealer and extend life (indoors), use Glaze ’N Seal Masonry & Concrete Lacquer (Regular or Matte Finish) for a traffic coat. Sweep and damp mop floor frequently.

Packaging:

Available in quarts, gallons, 5 gallon pails

Special Notes:

Always test a small area of surface to verify protection and appearance. NOT RECOMMENDED for glazed tile, marble, dense brick or dense slate. If in doubt, test surface.

    This works exactly as advertised

This is as good as it seems. I cannot tell you how incredible the difference is. I have a house that was built in the 1950's and there is flag stone in the porch that was stained and dull. After power washing the stone and grout (read directions about dry time) I used the sealer. It is absolutely fantastic. It literally looks wet. Thank you StoneTooling.com you rock (pardon the pun)

Glaze 'N Seal "Wet Look" Green Concrete & Masonry

The product is excellent. Packaging was very poor. The outside packaging was fine, but can was severly crushed. I will have to purchase another gallon can and pour it into the new can. A portion of the crushed can is on the top seam, it's only a matter of time till it leaks.

We have used this for a number of years and its a very easy and durable product. Only drawback is you habe to apply between 55and 80 degrees.

    Great Product

We've used this sealer for years ... but it's very hard to find these days. We really appreciate being able to order it online. The can arrived dented on ALL sides, but the glaze itself was OK.
