Overview
The Cyclone QZT Quartzite Blade is a wet-use bridge-saw blade designed around single-pass quartzite cutting. Its bond and segment geometry are intended to support fast cuts and square miter edges.

Applications
Use QZT for straight or miter cuts on a compatible bridge saw. The listed speed and feed guidance is for single-pass cutting in quartzite, not a promise that every stone can be run at the same settings.
Selection and Use
- Choose 14-, 16- or 18-inch diameter to suit the saw; the listed RPM decreases from 1,900 to 1,700 as diameter increases.
- Straight-cut guidance is 72 inches/minute; miter guidance is 42 inches/minute. Keep the two operations distinct when planning production.
- Use water throughout cutting and set up the saw for the actual stone and thickness.
