Overview

The Cyclone Side Segment Turbo Blade uses triangular side segments inlaid within the steel core and welded on three sides. The side protection uses a different diamond formulation from the cutting rim to help the blade pass through natural and engineered stone.

Applications

Use the side-segment design when cutting natural or engineered stone where binding along the blade body is a concern. Choose the diameter and mounting configuration for the equipment.

Selection and Use

• The side segments are part of the blade’s construction, not a guarantee that binding or warping can never occur.
• The 7-inch model uses a 5/8-inch plus DKO arbor; the 5- and 6-inch models have the listed multi-size arbor arrangement.
• Observe the separate maximum RPM for each diameter.
