Overview

The 4-inch Cyclone Snail Lock System provides successive shaping and polishing positions for bullnose work on compatible automatic edge-profile machines. Metal positions 1 and 2 are followed by resin positions, with an alternative copper/resin position 3.

Applications

Use the system for bullnose shaping and polishing on an auto-edge profile machine. Select the position and bond together: position 3 is available in two bond constructions.

Selection and Use

• Positions 1 and 2 have different pressure guidance from the later resin or copper/resin positions.
• Choose standard resin or copper/resin at position 3 according to the required tooling sequence.
