Description
Overview
The Diamabrush 16 in. counter-clockwise coating-removal tool uses six 25-grit diamond blades to remove coatings from concrete. The 16 in. brush block is configured for compatible 17 in. floor machines and is supplied with the listed NP9200 clutch plate and riser.
Features
- Removes suitable mastic, carpet or tile adhesive, thin-set, urethane coatings and paint.
- Replaceable diamond-embedded metal blades renew the working tool.
- Intended for compatible low-speed floor buffers and auto scrubbers.
What's Included
- 16 in. CCW coating-removal tool with six 25-grit blades.
- NP9200 clutch plate and riser.
Specifications
- Tool diameter: 16 in.; for compatible 17 in. machines
- Grit / blades: 25 grit / six blades
- Rotation: Counter-clockwise (CCW)
- Listed machine requirement: 1.5 HP low-speed buffer under 115 lb
- Catalog assembly: 921601202 + ZRPLRISER + NP-9200
- Estimated blade use: Approximately 2,500 sq. ft., depending on floor condition
Applications
Use for concrete-floor preparation before resurfacing when compatible coatings need to be removed. Verify the machine’s rotation, weight and clutch connection before ordering; fitting a 17 in. machine does not mean fitting every machine in that size.
Selection and Use
- Use with water as specified for this listed setup to control debris and reduce dust. Do not interpret wet operation as proof of a hazard-free workplace.
- Do not use on machines heavier than 115 lb; excess weight can damage the blades.
- For a twin-brush machine with opposite rotations, use correctly matched clockwise and counter-clockwise tools.
- Avoid floor protrusions that can damage blades or destabilize the machine. Do not use with fuels, solvents or other flammable materials.
