Overview
Deslauriers Econ-O-Shim 30-Series horseshoe shims provide a 1-1/2 in. × 3-1/2 in. footprint for leveling and alignment work. Color-coded thicknesses make it easier to select the required spacing without confusing the package quantities.

Applications
Use the 30-Series when the required bearing footprint is 1-1/2 in. × 3-1/2 in.. Select thickness for the actual leveling or alignment allowance; a larger footprint and a thicker shim are different choices.
Selection and Use
- Match both footprint and thickness to the installation requirements.
- Use the color as a quick thickness identifier: blue is 1/16 in., red is 1/8 in. and black is 1/4 in.
- Check the package count before estimating the number of bags; the 1/4 in. option contains fewer pieces than the thinner options.
