Description
Overview
Polyblend Plus Non-Sanded Grout is a polymer-modified cement grout for narrow joints up to 1/8 inch. It is designed for highly glazed or polished tile, marble and natural stone where a sanded grout may damage the finish, while offering improved color consistency and efflorescence resistance.

Applications
Use on suitable interior or exterior floors, walls, countertops, ceilings, showers, fountains and pools with narrow grout joints. Select this non-sanded version based on joint width and tile finish, not merely the desired grout color.
Selection and Use
- Test on a small area first; a non-sanded formula is not a guarantee that every delicate finish is immune to damage or staining. Porous or textured tile may require pre-sealing or grout release.
- Use a sample or mock-up to approve the color. Maintain consistent water ratios, allow the recommended 5-minute slake and avoid adding water to retemper the mix.
- Keep movement joints and changes of plane free of cement grout and use a suitable sealant.
- The published 72-hour protection period depends on site conditions; it is not a universal full-cure promise. Protect exterior applications from rain as directed in the data sheet.
- Avoid continuous harsh-chemical industrial service; consult CUSTOM about colored grout in saltwater pools.
