Aqua Mix Sealer & Coating Remover

Aqua Mix Sealer & Coating Remover is a non-flammable, multi-purpose stripper formulated to stay wet longer which gives the product time to remove most sealers, epoxy grout haze, urethane coatings, synthetic finishes, adhesives, and paints. It's ideal for dissolving deep-set stains and removing heavy grease buildup.

Aqua Mix Sealer & Coating Remover is ideal for use on natural stone (such as granite, limestone, marble, slate, and travertine), ceramic, porcelain, grout, quarry, saltillo, terra cotta, cement pavers, and masonry surfaces.


Coverage

Aqua Mix Sealer & Coating Remover covers approximately 75 to 200 sq. ft. per gallon.


Stripping:

1) Read entire label before using.

2) SHAKE WELL before using.

3) Sweep or vacuum surface.

4) Apply a liberal amount of Sealer & Coating Remover to a small manageable area of up to 25 sq. ft.

5) Spread with a mop, sponge, or brush.

6) Allow product to dwell up to 1 hour without drying or until coating or residue softens. Do not allow Sealer & Coating Remover to dry on surface - if Remover starts to dry, add more to ensure surface is kept wet.

7) Agitate with a scrub brush or scrub machine.

8) Wipe up residue with clean, absorbent white cotton towels or sponge. A wet-dry vac may be used.

9) Removal of thick coatings or residue may require several applications - repeat steps 3 through 7 if coating is still on surface.

10) Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

11) Ready for surface traffic in 1 hour or after fumes have dissipated. Allow at least 24-hour drying time before applying AQUA MIX sealers and floor finishes.


Epoxy Grout Haze Removal:

1) Read entire label before using.

2) SHAKE WELL before using.

3) Apply a minimal amount of Sealer & Coating Remover (just enough to make the surface damp) to a small manageable area of up to 25 sq. ft. (2 m2).

4) Spread with a mop, sponge, or brush.

5) Lightly agitate surface with a scrub brush until haze is removed. For large commercial installations, a white pad may be used with a scrub machine.

6) Mop up dirty solution.

7) Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

8) Ready for surface traffic in 1 hour or after fumes have dissipated. Allow at least 24-hour drying time before applying AQUA MIX sealers and floor finishes.


Limitations:

• Do not allow product to come in contact with any non-recommended surface.
• Do not spray. Do not use on resinous synthetic agglomerates.
