Overview

Alpha AWS-110 is a portable wet stone cutter for natural stone, engineered stone, tile, concrete, masonry and glass with the appropriate blade. Its water-feed system, reversible ruler guide and protected base plate support controlled cutting close to the workpiece.

Applications

Use the AWS-110 for cutting, scoring and appropriate profiling tasks in tile and stone fabrication. Listed materials include porcelain and hard red granite as well as engineered stone; blade selection remains material-specific.

Selection and Use

• Match the 20 mm arbor and permitted 4- or 4-1/2-inch disc size to the blade.
• Maximum cutting depth is 1-1/4 inches (32 mm); check thickness before planning a cut.
• Use the water-feed setup for wet blades. Dry work requires appropriate tooling; consult the manual for the complete operating requirements.
