Alpha 3" Turboshine Rigid Polishing Discs

Overview

Alpha 3-inch Turboshine rigid discs are part of a wet surface-polishing and scratch-removal system for natural and engineered-stone countertops. The Dual Adapter System reduces vibration and allows quick changes between disc types and grits while maintaining rigid support for flat work.

Applications

Choose the required resin grit or final Buff for countertop polishing and scratch-removal work. The 5/8-inch-11 Dual Adapter selection is a mounting component, not a polishing abrasive.

Selection and Use

• The rigid discs and Buffs have a 4,000 RPM maximum. The adapter’s separate 6,000 RPM rating does not raise that disc limit.
• The listed 2000-grit disc is part of the system used to restore engineered-stone and quartz surface appearance.
• Match the selected disc and adapter to the intended surface-polishing setup and use the system wet.
