Overview
Alpha 3-inch Ceramica Vitrified discs remove saw and grinding marks before polishing. The vitrified bond uses compressed diamond-impregnated pellets surrounded by plastic to provide aggressive honing while following curved, bullnosed and profiled edges.

Applications
Use the 3-inch disc to prepare shaped edges on granite, marble, porcelain and engineered stone. Its role is removing machining marks and honing the edge, not replacing the final resin-polishing sequence.
Selection and Use
- Match the 3-inch hook-and-loop disc to the backer and choose the grit required for the existing surface condition.
- 60 grit is the coarsest offered; 150 and 300 provide finer honing stages.
- Keep the operation wet and within the listed 4,000 RPM maximum.
