Abaco Little Giant Slab Lifter - Automatic

Overview

The Abaco Little Giant Automatic Slab Lifter uses a locking latch that cycles the clamp plates as the lifting arrangement is raised and lowered. The selectable ALG40A and ALG60A models have different grip ranges and work load limits, with black- or white-rubber pad options.

Applications

Use the automatic Little Giant with a compatible crane or forklift arrangement to lift and transport natural or artificial stone slabs and compatible flat materials.

Selection and Use

• ALG40A covers a 5–40 mm grip range with a 2,860 lb work load limit.
• ALG60A covers a 20–60 mm grip range with a 3,300 lb work load limit; its larger maximum opening does not make it suitable for slabs below its minimum thickness.
• The automatic latch operates through the lift/lower cycle; select the automatic-series replacement parts when servicing this model.
