Overview

Weha 5-inch Donkey 3-Step inline polishing pads are designed for multi-head edge-polishing machines. Hook-and-loop backing permits pad changes without removing the snail-lock holders, while the selectable stages support the machine’s polishing sequence.

Applications

Use these pads for inline edge polishing of marble, granite, dark or light quartz, quartzite, porcelain, ceramic and sintered stone. The listed sequence uses Steps 1, 2 and 3 followed by Donkey 1000/2000 or 2000/3000 pads, depending on stone and desired gloss.

Selection and Use

• Use Step 0 only when the edge is not flat or is extremely rough and needs initial stock removal.
• The 2–6 pressure reference describes positions in the full machine sequence, not six selectable steps in this listing.
• Order the required pad stage; this is not an automatically included complete machine setup.
