Overview
Schluter RENO-U bridges the height difference between a tiled floor and a lower adjoining surface. Its sloped visible section covers the exposed tile edge and forms a finished reducer instead of an abrupt step. Choose the profile height and finish for the actual tile buildup and adjacent floor.

Plan Your Installation
- Compare the heights of the two adjoining finished surfaces before selecting the reducer size.
- Choose the profile height and finish to coordinate with the tile side and the lower adjacent covering.
- Where accessibility criteria apply, verify the exact size and transition detail rather than relying on the RENO-U family name alone.
Common Planning Questions
Is every RENO-U selection automatically ADA-compliant?

Is this a square edge trim?
No. RENO-U is a reducer transition, selected for a change between finished surface heights.
