Ram Board 14-Day Edge Tape secures the perimeter of temporary floor protection to appropriate flooring, walls or stairs. Its low-tack adhesive is designed for clean removal within up to 14 days, subject to the manufacturer’s recommended surface applications.

Applications

Use where the edge of Ram Board meets a surface that needs temporary anchoring. This is the edge-anchoring tape, not the high-tack Seam Tape used to join board sections to one another.

Selection and Use

  • Confirm that the surface and finish are approved for the tape and follow the manufacturer’s application restrictions.
  • Plan removal within the stated 14-day period. Do not treat that figure as a guarantee on every coating or finish.
  • Use the right tape for each location: Edge Tape at approved surface edges and Seam Tape only at board-to-board joints.
