Overview
The Lauxes Slimline Tile-In drain uses a recessed tile insert to blend the drainage line with the surrounding tiled floor. Its 1-inch-deep tray accepts tile up to 7/16 inch thick and can be cut to the required length.

Applications
Use the tile-in tray where a tiled finish is preferred across the drain, in residential or commercial showers and suitable outdoor drainage layouts.
Selection and Use
- Measure the finished run and confirm the tray depth, waste position and required end caps before ordering.
- Allow for the insert tile thickness: this Slimline model holds tiles up to 7/16 inch, not the deeper Tile-In Plus allowance.
- Pricing is per foot: for an 18-inch drain, add two 1-foot units and enter 18 inches in the custom-length field.
- Lengths exceeding 95 inches ship in multiple sections for joining on site. Plan the matching joiners for longer runs, including runs extending beyond 18 ft.
- For onsite cutting, allow 3 mm at the bottom tray for end caps and cut the top 1 mm shorter than the bottom tray, following the Lauxes guide.
- Keep the grate away from wet cement-based products during installation; use the recommended neutral-cure silicone and follow local installation requirements.
