GMCraft Paper 40" x 72' 240' sq ft. and 40" x 49' 162 sq ft. building paper is designed to protect against paint, dirt, spills and other debris on tile, hardwood floors, doors, windows, and cabinets that generally occur during the final stages of construction, moving, or various home projects.The GMCraft paper 60-Minute Building Paper is ideal for use as a weather-resistant barrier when installed behind stucco or other exterior wall cladding. GMCraft offers superior protection against internal damage due to excessive moisture and condensation. GMCraft 60 is a water-resistive-barrier that complies with 2018, 2015, 2012, 2009, and 2006 IBC (International Building Code) and 2018, 2015, 2012, 2009, and 2006 IRC (International Residential Code). Qualifies as a “weather-resistive sheathing paper” as described in Section R703 of the 2002 International Residential Code TM (IRC). GMCraft 60 exceeds the standards set in Federal Specification UU-B-790a, Type 1, Grade “D”, Style 2, in accordance with Section 1402.1 of the Uniform Building Code. GMCraft 60 has maintained ICC (formerly IBCO) Evaluation Reports, since October of 2000 and satisfies the test criteria for weather-resistive barriers (AC 38). The outer surface is boldly printed with appropriate ICC ESR identification information. The current ESR 2376 . GMCraft 60 maintains ongoing internal and ICC Certified Laboratory testing to insure that it meets or exceeds industry standards (including ASTM D-779-03, ASTM D-828).
