Overview
The Gemini Revolution XT is a self-contained wet ring saw for shaped cuts in tile, stone and glass. Its centerless 10-inch blade makes inside and outside curves possible, with single- or double-sided blade packages selected for the material and cutting direction.

Applications
Use the Revolution XT for tile patterns, mosaics, stone inlays and shaped edges in ceramic tile, porcelain, granite, marble, natural stone or glass, with the appropriate blade. It is especially useful for curve and radius work rather than high-volume straight-line production.
Selection and Use
- 1053 Standard single-sided: forward cutting for tile and stone. 1054 Standard double-sided: forward/backward cutting with a tighter curve radius.
- 1055 Glass single-sided and 1056 Glass double-sided are the glass-specific choices. Select the edge configuration for the path you need.
- For straight cuts, use the fore keel and align any sliding carriage with the blade. Remove the fore keel for curved cuts as directed in the manual.
- Never run the XT dry; fill the reservoir and change water before residue becomes sludge.
- Inspect belt, pulleys and grommets together. The listed 2–3-blade maintenance interval is a guideline, not a guarantee; continued slippage after tension adjustment indicates belt wear.
