Overview
Hurricane Router Bits provide two distinct 40 mm position-1 profiles: full bullnose (shape V) and ogee demi bullnose (shape FB). Metal-bond diamond construction is intended for aggressive stock removal and initial edge shaping.

Applications
Use these router bits to begin profiling granite, marble or engineered-stone countertops on compatible stone-routing equipment. Choose the required finished edge shape before selecting the bit.
Selection and Use
- Shape V is full bullnose; shape FB is ogee demi bullnose. They are different profiles, not alternative grit steps for the same shape.
- The full-bullnose version includes 8 mm and 10 mm bolts for compatible profiling machines, including the listed CDT, Ghines, Master and Sector types. Confirm the actual machine fitting.
- Position 1 is for initial shaping rather than a complete polished-edge sequence.
