Applications
Use DW831 for compatible metal grinding, cut-off work, wire brushing and sanding. Diamond cup wheels can be used for suitable aggregate-surface finishing only with the correct tool/accessory setup.
Selection and Use
- Select the guard and flanges for the accessory: Type 1 cut-off wheels and Type 27 grinding wheels are not interchangeable setups.
- Match accessory diameter, mounting and speed rating to the grinder.
- Do not use under wet conditions or near flammable liquids or gases.
