The Auto Quip 4-inch hook-and-loop backer pad supports matching sanding and polishing abrasives. Choose Firm or Flexible to suit the support needed for your work; the pad is listed for wet or dry finishing of stone, concrete, plastic and fiberglass.

Applications
Use this 4-inch backing pad in stone fabrication, concrete finishing and surface-restoration work with a suitable abrasive for the actual material. The backing pad supports the abrasive; it is not itself the cutting or polishing compound.
Selection and Use
- Choose the support configuration in the selector before ordering.
- Match abrasive diameter and hook-and-loop attachment to the pad, and verify the pad’s machine connection and speed rating against the tool.
- Wet-use suitability of the backing pad does not make a dry-only machine or abrasive suitable for water.
