Overview
The Abaco Vacuum Lifter Pro handles large glass sheets with ten adjustable vacuum pads and two independent vacuum systems. Its battery-powered design supports work where a permanent air or electrical connection is impractical.
Powered 90-degree tilting moves a sheet between horizontal and vertical positions, and motorized 360-degree rotation helps align it for placement. Wireless remote control, audible and visual alarms, and an air-blow release function support controlled handling.

Applications
For mechanical lifting and positioning of compatible large glass sheets with appropriate hoisting equipment. Arrange the pads to suit the sheet and verify that all required pads seal before lifting. Check sheet size, weight and surface condition against Abaco’s specification drawing and operating instructions.
The two vacuum circuits provide system separation, but do not remove the need to monitor the alarms and vacuum condition. Select the hoist for the combined glass and attachment weight. Crane, rigging beyond the supplied attachment, and glass are not included.
