Overview
3M 2091/07000 P100 filters provide particulate filtration for compatible 3M bayonet facepieces. These magenta filters address oil and non-oil particles; they are not organic-vapor or acid-gas cartridges.

Applications
Use in an approved respirator assembly for appropriate particulate exposures such as sanding, scraping or woodworking. Paint or pesticide operations can also contain gases or vapors, which require a separately selected approved chemical-cartridge combination.
Selection and Use
- The 2000-series guide specifies adapter 502 when using these as prefilters with applicable 5000 respirators or 6000 cartridges; do not substitute a 501 retainer.
- Not for IDLH atmospheres. Follow facepiece exposure limits: up to 10× PEL for half facepieces or 50× PEL for quantitatively fit-tested full facepieces, subject to the applicable approval and regulations.
- In environments containing oil aerosols, replace filters after 40 hours of use or 30 days, whichever occurs first, or sooner if damaged, soiled or difficult to breathe through. Follow the supplied User Instructions.
- Use only under an appropriate respiratory-protection program, including required training, medical evaluation and fit testing. Read the supplied User Instructions.
