IMER Step-Up 120 Pumping / Spraying / Mixing Machine

The Step-Up 120 was designed to be an all-in-one pump and spray machine. Even the mixer is built into the system. Pump 1 cubic foot a minute, or spray hundreds of square feet per hour...the Step-Up 120 is both versatile and efficient. The Step-Up comes complete with the compressor, mixer, application gun kit, and 100 ft. of 35mm hose. Jobsite setup is quick and easy. All it takes is 25 amps of 220v single-phase power.

The Step-Up 120 has an IM25 stator/rotor, which is turned by a 3hp motor which is coupled to a direct drive reduction gearbox. This system delivers plenty of torque and eliminates costly maintenance and downtime. The fit, finish, construction, and performance of the Step-Up 120 is second to none.

The Step-Up 120 comes standard with an IM25L stator which can handle up to 3/8 inch aggregate and produce up to 6.6 GPM and 450 PSI of pumping pressure. The Step-Up 120 is made to be towed on the road but also able to pass through 36" doorways. A dual-diaphragm maintenance-free compressor is used to provide airflow for spraying applications.

The inverter provides smooth and continuous power even when the electrical source is not ideal. The inverter also aids in starting and controlling the frequency at which the pump operates. This allows the RPMs to range between 30 and 100, enabling the Step-Up 120 to be used for numerous applications and materials.
• The Step-Up 120 is designed to be an all-in-one unit with optimum mixer output delivering material into the hopper. It is easy to set up and easy to operate and does not require special electrical connections or an electrician to hook it up. All the motors combined are just under six horsepower and can operate on 16 Amps of 220 Volt single-phase power. Competitor’s pumps with similar output require either three-phase power or 72 Amps of a single phase.
