IMER Step-Up 120 Pumping and Spraying Machine

The Imer Step-Up 120 Pumping & Spraying Machine is the ideal Mixer Pump for those indoor applications in which more flow or power is needed. The Step-Up 120 is a towable but very compact pump suited for unique pumping situations and environments. These pumps are extremely versatile. Pump or spray mortars, stuccos, grouts, restoration mortars, underlayments, fireproofing, waterproofings, along with many other materials. Shown with the Step-Up 120 pan mixer for continuous mixing and pumping.

The 3 phase power gives you more horsepower to push material further and with more flow and grouts up to 3/8” aggregate.

There are 3 main components of the Imer Step-Up 120; Pump, Mixer and Compressor. The mixer is a perfect mate to the pump hopper in that it is a 1:1 ratio. This means that the mixer will not mix more than what the pump hopper will hold.
