The Abaco Vacuum Lifter DVL1000 is a heavy-duty vacuum lifter engineered for moving and installing large glass sheets and non-porous slabs with maximum precision and safety. With a work load limit of 2200 lbs (1000 kg), this model provides exceptional lifting power for industrial applications.

Featuring two independent vacuum systems, the DVL1000 ensures safe operation even in case of system failure. It is equipped with 10 adjustable suction pads mounted on crossbars, evenly distributing suction force and providing adaptability for different sheet sizes. A battery-powered operation allows flexible use without requiring compressed air or external electricity.

For ease of handling, the DVL1000 includes an automatic flipping system powered by electric cylinders, enabling smooth 90° tilting between horizontal and vertical orientations. The lifter also provides 360° rotation for precise positioning. Integrated pressure gauges, voltage indicators, LED lights, and audible alarms ensure safe, real-time monitoring for operators.
